Whether you’re exercising, having a bad breathing day, or dealing with other respiratory difficulties the Zen-O automatically increases the volume of oxygen delivered every minute in response to your needs. Not to mention, it comes with a custom carrying case and a wheeled travel cart giving you the ability to choose how to transport your concentrator.
Operating a medical device shouldn’t be like rocket science for the end-user and Zen-O took that into account when designing their machine. The control panel is equipped with large buttons and an easy-to-read LCD display. Each button is clearly labeled with its operation so there isn’t any confusion when setting your concentrator up. The large LCD screen displays vital information like remaining battery life, which setting you’re using, and it even displays a message if your machine alarms. Have peace of mind knowing the Zen-O portable oxygen concentrator can supply you with oxygen 24 hours a day. It runs on pulse flow and continuous flow modes to meet your daytime and nighttime oxygen needs, even if you are required to use a CPAP or BiPAP machine at night. Because the Zen-O can be powered using batteries, an AC power supply, or a DC power supply you will be able to use your concentrator virtually anywhere you go. For extended use, the AC and DC power supplies will power your concentrator for the entire time you have it plugged in.
The Zen-O portable oxygen concentrator comes with both the AC power supply and the DC power supply allowing you to power your concentrator and recharge your batteries anywhere you can plug in your power supplies.
When you are at home, the AC power supply will simultaneously recharge your batteries and power your concentrator. Whether you’re watching a movie with your grandkids or need nighttime oxygen on your vacation, the AC power supply will power your machine until you unplug it. The AC power supply can also be used in your vehicle (car, truck, RV, or boat) if it is equipped with a 110v outlet or a power inverter. is designed for home use and can be used in your car if your car has a 110v outlet or an inverter.
The DC power supply is responsible for powering your concentrator and recharging your batteries while you are on the go. It plugs into the cigarette lighter or 12v outlet in your vehicle and draws power from your vehicle’s battery. Because the DC power supply runs off of your vehicle’s battery it may take longer to fully recharge your concentrator’s batteries.
The external battery charger gives you the ability to recharge your extra batteries without installing them in your concentrator. It is equipped with an AC power cord that will plug into any 110v outlet and it charges one battery at a time. Because the external charger is not powering your concentrator and it only charges one battery at a time, it will be your fastest and most efficient option to recharge your Zen-O 12-cell batteries.

Yes we are! You will notice our badge of approval on this page which notes that we are an authorized dealer. Please make sure any company you plan to do business with is an authorized GCE dealer.
The GCE Zen-O is one of the smallest and lightest continuous flow portable on the market at 10 pounds.
The Zen-O portable oxygen concentrator can operate using one or two batteries. With 2 batteries on a pulse flow setting of 2, you can get up to 8 hours of battery life on a single charge. With 2 batteries on a continuous flow setting of 2.0 LPM, you can get up to 1.5 hours of use.
With the Zen-O you have two different charging options. You can plug your concentrator into the AC or DC power supply to recharge your batteries. The AC power supply will recharge your batteries faster than the DC power supply. In the future, GCE might release an external battery charger which can make recharging your batteries easier and faster!
If your battery is completely drained you can expect it to take up to 3-4.5 hours to achieve a full charge.
The Zen-O offers both pulse flow and continuous flow modes. It offers pulse flow settings 1-6 and continuous flow settings 0.5-2.0 LPM.
The Zen-O POC is one of the quietest continuous flow units on the market. According to the manufacturer, they had the sound level tested by two different companies. The decibel range is from 38dB to 42dB. However, GCE does not specify which setting the machine was tested on.
The Zen-O has an operating altitude range of 0-9,000 feet. If you go above 9,000 feet the concentrator’s performance may suffer.
