How SwapIT Works:

  1. You buy your portable oxygen concentrator from us
  2. If at any point you have an issue with your unit and it needs to be sent in for repair, we will SwapIT out with another concentrator** for you to keep (we cover the shipping costs^)
  3. Your replacement unit will be shipped out that same day* via UPS Ground (expedited shipping is available for an additional cost)
  4. We include a return shipping label in the box so you can easily return the faulty machine back to us
