Portable oxygen concentrators are perfectly suited for RV travel. Oxygen tanks are highly combustible and dangerous to travel with, especially during hot summer weather.

It is extremely hazardous to travel with large amounts of oxygen on hand but it can also be difficult to find refilling facilities in certain areas.

The intricate planning involved often discouraged oxygen users from traveling all together. But there are no refills necessary with an oxygen concentrator.

If you’re curious as to how portable oxygen concentrators work, check out this video.

Portable oxygen concentrators of today come equipped with extended life batteries.

Some can maintain a charge for up to 11 hours. Extra batteries are always a good idea but concentrators can also be used with the D/C power cord plugged into a cigarette lighter.

There are D/C cords available for charging batteries as well. All of our oxygen machines are FAA approved and many international flights are being equipped with D/C power outlets.

Portable concentrators are ideal for overnight trips of any duration.

Concentrators that provide continuous flow are compatible with CPAP and BiPAP devices.

Many are also equipped with sleep mode technology and can be used 24 hours a day.

In sleep, or inactive mode, the breathing sensors are more sensitive to ensure proper saturation levels.

Nowhere is off limits to oxygen patients anymore! Concentrators are getting smaller, lighter and more mobile all the time.

Stop by our booth at the RV show to check out the latest models and we’d be happy to answer any questions you have!
