Position the Device: Hold the HumidX with the ResMed logo facing away from you.

1. Insert into Mask: Gently place the HumidX into the air inlet of your F20 mask.
2. Secure in Place: Press until you feel or hear a click, confirming it’s properly installed.

Q: What CPAP masks are compatible with the HumidX™ system?

A: HumidX and HumidX Plus are compatible with select ResMed masks designed for the AirMini™ device, including:

• AirFit™ N20 (nasal mask)
• AirFit™ P10 for AirMini™ (nasal pillows mask)
• AirTouch™ N20 (nasal mask)
• HumidX F20 is compatible only with the AirFit™ F20 full face mask.

Q: Can I use the HumidX system with the AirFit™ F20 mask?

A: Yes, but only with the HumidX F20 model. Standard HumidX and HumidX Plus are not compatible with full face masks.

Q: What is the difference between HumidX and HumidX Plus?

A: 

• HumidX: Ideal for most climates and general use.
• HumidX Plus: Provides enhanced humidification, ideal for dry environments such as high altitudes or air-conditioned spaces.

Q: How does the HumidX system work without water?

A: HumidX uses heat and moisture exchange (HME) technology. It captures moisture from your exhaled breath and releases it during inhalation—delivering effective humidification without the need for a water chamber.

Q: Can I use the HumidX system with other CPAP machines?

A: No. HumidX products are designed exclusively for the ResMed AirMini™ and are not compatible with other CPAP devices.

Q: Does the HumidX / HumidX Plus have a shelf life?

A: Yes. Each unit should be used within 30 days of opening. Unopened units have a shelf life of 5 years from the date of manufacture—check the packaging for the exact expiration date.
