I charged the hand controller for 3 hours but didn’t see a light. Is it defective?

This is normal. The charger itself shows a red light while charging and turns green when fully charged. The hand controller does not display charging lights. To check the current battery level, press the “UP” or “DOWN” button—an indicator light will illuminate to show the charge status.

I plan to use the chair only in emergencies. How often should I charge the controller?

For emergency-only use, we recommend charging the hand controller once a month. This helps maintain battery performance and ensures the chair is ready to operate when needed.
