As the largest distributor of home and portable oxygen concentrators we have two shipping warehouses located in the United States to provide you with quick shipping delivery, regardless of where you live. We know how important it is that you get your concentrator in a timely matter.
How Do You Ship Your Packages?
Our shipping provider is UPS. We ship UPS ground for all packages that do not request expedited shipping.
How Long Will It Take For My Package To Arrive?
We normally ship our packages out via UPS ground. Depending on the warehouse we ship from and where you are located the estimated time of delivery is 3-5 business days. We cannot ship your package until we have all of your required paperwork on file. UPS DOES NOT deliver ground packages on Saturday.
How Does Your Shipping Process Work?
For each and every order we have the same shipping process, even if you request expedited shipping.
- You place your order with one of our respiratory specialists
- We need to get all required paperwork (oxygen prescription and return and exchange agreement) on file before we can charge your credit card
- Once we receive your required paperwork we will charge your credit card
- After charging your credit card we ship the unit out that day
We CANNOT ship any concentrator out until we have the required paperwork on file and we run your credit card. This is extremely important to remember if you need your concentrator by a certain date.
How Can I Get Expedited Shipping?
If you need your concentrator by a certain date, let your respiratory specialist know. They will work with our shipping department to get you a quote for expedited shipping.

How Much Does Expedited Shipping Cost?
Expedited shipping costs vary from patient to patient based on the machine you order and where you are located. When you place your order let your respiratory specialist know you need expedited shipping and they can give you a quote over the phone.
